Reporting an app problem
To make an issue easier to reproduce, include:
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened and what you expected instead;
- the Golf Passport app version if you can see it;
- your Android device model and Android version; and
- a screenshot, provided it does not contain information you do not want to share.
Never send your password. Golf Passport support does not need your password to investigate an issue or process an account request.
Account access
If you cannot sign in, include the email address associated with your account and describe whether you normally use email/password or Google Sign-In. Do not email authentication codes, passwords or other secrets.
